Our Story
We have over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of residential and industrial cleaning products and during this time frame we have supplied 100+ cleaning products and chemical based solutions in the major markets in India. Our foray into the laundry detergent space started with Mediclean labs where we initially manufactured detergent based solutions, detergent cakes and powders.
Biowash pods was gestated during this time period where we endeavored to create a highly efficacious laundry solution by encapsulating the cleaning factor of detergent blended with a concoction of potent surfactants and enzymes that would ensure that even the most stubborn stains can be cleansed. The conditioners, micro-encapsulated fragrances, and optical brighteners packed in the pods result in clothes that are soft, bright, and naturally suffused with fragrance that last longer.
During our RND run, we consulted under the tutelage of brilliant scientists at some of the most esteemed labs in USA and India. The result is the formulation of Biowash’s revolutionary, tri-chamber pods which has won us rave reviews and created a laundry based hegemony in the consumer space in the B2C and B2B markets.
Clothes worn by denizens in South-East Asia and the Middle East countries are especially susceptible to indelible staining and accruing build-ups of dirt and soiling owing to the harsh summer heat and rampant humidity. Our primary directive was to target these markets and provide them with a laundry based panacea that would be efficacious, economical and improve their QOL by subscribing to a detergent pod based solution.
Biowash Labs is retrofitted with our state of the art machines and aided by other modular systems to create a monolithic machinery that is capable of producing 200,000 pods per day. This allows us to churn out a large volume of our Biowash pods and have it shuttled to all the major buyers under our Biowash Lab company and also to other private label channels. With a pedigree of fostering relations with an esteemed clientele list, we strive for excellence and look forward to leveraging our brand equity to make a noticeable change in the laundry detergent eco-system!
